Terms and Conditions
for
Barnwell Self Catering Farm Cottages.
Deposit £70 non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The
balance is due on arrival.
Prices are quoted in £ sterling. All prices include VAT.
Pets are not allowed in the cottages,
however there are kennels and stabling provided on site so that
guests can bring their pets along and either look after them themselves
or have this done by staff on site by prior arrangement.
Electricity Prices include up to 20 units per day which should
be adequate for normal usage. Where there is excessive use of electric
above this, it will be charged at 10 pence per unit.
Please Note: Bed linen and towels are provided in all
cottages.
Arrival/Departure Please liaise with Proprietors when
booking.
Smoking Smoking is not allowed in any of the Cottages
or the Games Room
Party Size: Under no
circumstances may more than the maximum number of persons as stated in
the brochure occupy a cottage, except by prior written agreement with
the proprietors. The Proprietors reserve the right to refuse admittance
if this condition is not met.
